Steppin' Out - Cardio step aerobics, toning, abs, legs, arms

 

Firm Results - Strength training, toning & shaping using Pilates, moving yoga and dance stretches

 

Flexible Fitness - Flexibility training with focused movement, stretching and relaxation techniques

 

 Full Body Challenge - An exciting blend of cardiovascular movements, basic step, low impact kick boxing, strength training and sports drills. Your entire body will be challenged through functional training.  Multi-skill levels

 

Step Into Fitness - Fun cardio step aerobics, abdominal work

 

Forever Fit - Incorporating strength, length and whole body movement, this workout will leave you feeling great from head to toe and keep you forever fit!

 

Pilates - One hour of Pilates, movements focus on core strengthening. Stretching, toning, shaping and working your "core," using Pilates, moving yoga and dance stretches

 

First Step - Beginning level.  Basic fundamentals of step aerobics and terminology

 

 Step/Basic Training - Multi-level step and floor aerobics, toning, strengthening, flexibility and Plyometrics moves

 

Work-It-Up - Super-Step with poles and ULTIMATE abs workout

 

Steppin' to the Beat - Combination of step, body toning and strengthening

 

Tone-Up - Strength training - FitBalls, weights, body bars

 

ZUMBA! - Latin dance-based aerobics workout - lots of fun!!

 

Restorative Yoga - A gentle, slow-paced yoga practice for all fitness levels, class closes with guided meditation

 

Power Yoga - A dynamic class that promotes weight loss and fitness through a series of challenging poses

 

Basic Yoga - A challenging yet informative class emphasizing the fundamentals of yoga

 

Hip Hop! - A fun, upbeat and invigorating class teaching breakdancing, pop-lock, vogue etc.  

Silver Sneakers® - Muscular Strength & Range of Movement - A core class for older adults designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance and coordination.  These classes are an integral part of the Silver Sneakers® Fitness Program and are available to all members and guests.
